The main hall of Sydney Town Hall is dominated by 20-metre high ceilings and the magnificent 25-metre wide grand organ. To make the hall a more attractive option to venue hirers, it was recently decided to colour wash the wall behind the organ.

BeyondAV supplied five Studio Due CityColour 400 colour wash units that can provide either static colour or a continuous change.

One of the first important functions that benefited from the venue’s new feature was the Wallabies Bledisloe Luncheon. The wall was lit in a brilliant shade of green whilst the organ pipes were lit in gold and the client was very pleased with the result.
